How to use the "Project Slide" to combine your project with video, audio and other files
Contents
Introduction

Wildform Flair includes a special slide called the "Project slide" that allows you to instantly combine a Wildform Flair project into a single object. In this way you can combine complex, multi-slide projects into a single file which can be combined with any element that Wildform Flair imports or creates including: PowerPoints, video, audio, images, Flash SWF and FLV files, quizzes, screen recordings, narration, text, flowcharts, animations, etc.

This is a really useful tool that helps you to combine PowerPoint and other projects with video and audio, or add audio to any Wildform Flair project, insert text or other objects during slide transitions, etc. Previously the only way to accomplish this was to export your project and then reimport it into a new project.

Using the Project Slide
To open the Project Slide simply click on it in the slide navigation window.

Or use the "Open project slide" option in the Slides menu.
Each time you open the Project slide, your entire project will be exported into a single Flash SWF file and placed on the timeline in the project slide on a special layer called "Project". (Please note that if your project contains objects that play using the "Load External File" play mode -- such as FLV video files -- those files will still be external files that are in the "Load_External_Files" folder.)

You can then add additional layers, just as you would on any other slide in your Wildform Flair project, and import any supported files or create any of the many files you can generate directly within Wildform Flair.

Exporting using the Project Slide
When you have the Project slide open and choose to export your project, the contents of the Project slide will be exported. When you have any other slide in your project open and you export your project, the contents of the Project slide will be ignored. So if you want to export the contents of the Project slide, make sure you have the project slide open.
