Creating a survey in Flair
Open Wildform Flair, select Create New Project and name your project.
To create a quiz or survey, select the Create Quiz item under the Tools menu.
The Quiz Creator window will open. We change the title of the quiz, select the "Right" template and then click the "Edit a Copy" to make changes to this template. If you do not want to change the template, simple click the Next button.

The Customize Template window will open. We will change the background color and the panel color, as well as the template name. Because we are going to insert this quiz into a blog, we will change the width of the quiz to 450 pixels and check the Constrain box, so that the proportions of the template are maintained. After these changes are made, click the Save button.

You will be returned to the main Quiz Creator window. Note that our new template is in the template window. We can reuse this template at any time. Click the Next button.

In this window you will add your questions. Click the add button at the bottom of the screen and then in the question field, type in your question. For the question type we will select "Multiple Choice, Multiple Selection" since our test takers can select multiple answers. We will also make sure that the "Test Mode" is selected, since we are creating a quiz not a survey.

Now in the Choices box click the add button and add your choices. Check the boxes that are the correct answers.
If you want to add more questions to the quiz, click the add button and repeat the process. You may choose more questions types in the drop down menu in the Question Editor.
Once you are finished adding your questions and answers, click next. You may now preview your quiz. If you want to make further changes, click the back button. If you are happy with your quiz, select the Save & Insert button. Your quiz will now be visible on your Flair stage. If you want to edit your quiz again, right click on the quiz and select Edit Object.
Make sure that the dimensions of your project are the same as the dimensions of your quiz and then export your file. Quit Flair.

You as the creator of the quiz can see all of the results of all of the people who have taken your quiz by returning to your Wildform Online account. In Wildform Online, click on the Reports link in the top navigation. You will see that Wildform Online generates a number of reports for you to view. We will click on "Peoples' answers on quizzes and surveys."

In the next screen you will be asked to select the quiz or survey for which you want to run the report. We will select "Embedded Quiz" and click the Run Report button.
One person has taken our quiz and that person has answered all of the questions correctly. Therefore, our report looks like this.
